You "woke up" that you suddenly felt pain in your stool, then you found out you had hemorrhoids... you immediately reached for your phone to look up "how to get rid of hemorrhoids".
I understand your problem, because I've been there myself.
That's why I want to help you understand what hemorrhoids are and what causes them, what types of hemorrhoids there are, and give you some thoughts on "how to get rid of hemorrhoids".
What are haemorrhoids?
Haemorrhoids are dilated veins in the wall of the rectum and anus (in other words, blood-filled sacs).
The abnormal dilation causes them to become visible on the outside and bleed.
That's why you'll sometimes see blood on toilet paper...
What are the causes?
Or rather, the cause, because there is only one cause of the problem, and that is the low resistance of the vein wall which is favoured by certain factors (which we can control):
- Excessive sitting
- Consumption of alcohol and spicy foods.
Types of haemorrhoids
In general, there are two types of haemorrhoids:
- External: these are located on the outside, near the anal opening.
- Internal: these are located inside the rectum and usually cause bleeding.
Hemorrhoids are something painful and bothersome, you have to do something about it.
My advice is not a medical advice to replace the doctor, but one that informs and helps you in the fight against hemorrhoids.
My thought is to eliminate as much as possible the factors I mentioned above, and above all: exercise regularly!
Movement is essential for fighting anything that degrades our bodies.
Even if it's not medical advice, I still recommend you to:
- Use essential oils for relief (Cypress, Clary Sage, Pappermint, etc.).
You can see packages of certified oils here.
- Take warm sitz baths with Mousetail tea
- Take a bath with several teas (Pewter, Sheath and Mousetail).
