Essential oils are the best of a plant because they are the essence of the plant, and all the beneficial properties of the plant are stronger in this state.
Even though these oils are powerful and beneficial, they must be used properly, just like any good thing.
Quality essential oils can be used with confidence for the elderly, adults and children in the following ways:
This usage refers to the emanation of essential oils into the air through a diffuser (see list of room and machine diffusers).
Put water in the diffuser, and then add 5 - 8 drops of your preferred essential oil.
Topical use refers to applying the appropriate oil directly to the skin in the problem area. In children and people with sensitive skin, dilute the oils before application to avoid skin irritation.
For increased effectiveness, apply to soles, wrists, pulse areas and temples.
Internal use is done with care and with the necessary information about the oil and how to operate it.
It can be used through a vegetarian capsule, sublingually, in water or in food.
- To remember! We only recommend quality essential oils, such as doTERRA (see oil packs).
May cause skin sensitisation. Keep out of reach of children. If pregnant, breastfeeding or under medical supervision, consult doctor. Avoid contact with eyes, inside ears and sensitive areas.
